Renew Missouri, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for clean energy access to all Missourians since 2006, is looking for a Northern Missouri Policy & Outreach Organizer. This position would primarily organize and run campaigns in rural northern Missouri. This position will also provide policy and developmental support to Renew Missouri’s efforts to promote the benefits of renewable energy policy. The Policy and Outreach Organizer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization’s mission is being met through coalition building, policy advocacy, and education of decision-makers.

Applicants must have a strong passion for clean energy, good teamwork skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, social networking skills with the ability to organize local members in their community, and preferable 1-2 years of experience with campaigning, volunteer engagement, and government relations.
