As a campaign manager, you’ll play a vital role in guiding campaigns and candidates to victory. This will involve fundraising support, field implementation, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations.
- Implement aggressive field, finance, and communications plans.
- Manage candidate call time, donor engagement, and overall budget.
- Maintain or oversee consistent digital social media presence.
- Oversee an organization focused on building capacity, though engaging local activists and increasing the candidate’s presence and stature.
- Develop a staffing plan and hiring timeline for all necessary campaign roles.
- Work with the candidate on development and implementation of program, goals, and metrics of success.
- Build strong political partnerships with key stakeholders and supporting organizations.
- Serve as chief strategist on program development and implementation.
- Work with stakeholders to help craft and implement a earned and paid media strategy.
- Interface directly with the candidate on travel and fundraising strategy.

Requirements
Requirements
- 2+ cycles of political campaign management, or 1+ cycle of political campaign management and campaign training intensive with recommendation.
- Very well organized; excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and outside organizations and be able to multitask without sacrificing quality of work.
- Demonstrated understanding of the political climate and issues of Missouri.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to engage directly with voters
- Ability to foster a cooperative, team-oriented work environment.
- Understanding of campaign hours and an ability to keep an effective schedule and travel throughout the district as needed.
Desirable:
- Experience building teams, developing a training program, and setting expectations and goals.
- Experience organizing in marginalized communities and in communities with low voter propensity
- Experience working in a high profile race
- Experience with coordinated campaigns
