Intern, Programs and Global Markets, Brazen Global

The Program & Global Markets Intern will be responsible for providing program administration and operational support to Directors in multiple cities as Brazen expands nationally in 2018. Main responsibilities include providing administrative support for program delivery, membership assistance across the network and supporting expansion via a centralized system for Director questions and requests.  This position will report to the Director of Client Services as part of the Program & Global Markets team under direction of the COO and will work closely with other Brazen Global departments to support the expansion of best-in-class offering to members throughout the Brazen Network. 

-Program Implementation: Establish knowledge of program processes, goals and best practices. Ensure necessary tools and systems are in place to enhance program delivery throughout the Brazen Network. Assist in providing administrative support to Directors, including details such as calendar invites, reminders, thank you emails, etc.  

-Expansion Support: Via various remote management tools and systems, provide support to Brazen staff in multiple cities, including answering questions about membership, programs, processes and policies. Extensive use of software tools to enhance quality and efficiency.

– Director Point of Contact: Participate in regular communications with Directors, across various communication channels. Curate and provide local resources to marketing and content teams for communication throughout the Brazen Network. 

– Member Assistance: Support Brazen Members as needed, including monitoring online chat tool and incoming email inquiries.  Provide Directors with necessary material to support members and deliver excellent programs within their city.  Other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will be bright, self-motivated, comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment, highly organized, and able to take direction.  Must display excellent verbal and written commutation skills and the ability to support remote teams via various channels.  Must be passionate about women and inclusion and dedicated to the Brazen mission.

-In-progress coursework related to economic development, entrepreneurship, business, program management or related.

Brazen Global operates in Webster Groves, MO. Intern must be able to work from the office on agreed upon schedule (i.e., fully remote working is not available for this position). 


This internship is unpaid, but Brazen Global can coordinate with colleges and universities to arrange for academic/practicum credit. 


This is a part-time position and Brazen Global is flexible to accommodate a student’s schedule. The Intern would ideally work 10-15 hours/week.
